            11/02/2014 - College PREP - Baltimore, MD - Cierra's numbers have improved since the last time, she has formed into a nice volleyball player. She has developed strength and it has shown. Now that she has developed her technical skills I would like to see her focus on attack and footwork at the net. We're excited to see her game play and how she will develop with another year of hard work.
            11/03/2013 - College PREP - Baltimore, MD - Cierra is a solid athlete with the ability to play above the net. Displays good hands across the nets with proactive feet on her digs. Would like her to focus on strengthening her technical skills to develop into a 6 rotation player. An athletic player, Cierra is an above the net player who will continue to develop over the next year.
