12/18/2014 - Volleyball Factory Select Training at the NCAA Championship - Elizabeth is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. She is still working on technical details on her pass, but her efforts give a quality result majority of the time. She can work on passing a consistent ball to target for the setter to set an in system ball. She possesses good control of the ball in pass, serve, and defense. Elizabeth can work on her range as it will be important for her to be able to play many difficult defensive balls throughout her career. Elizabeth is developing her position and is actively engaged throughout the learning process as she shows willingness to continue to grow and improve once information is provided has the ability to make changes. I would like to see her serve improve so she will be considered a threat not only in defense but serving. I would also like for her to be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence.
