07/17/2014 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training - Gabby is a player that can play multiple positions on the court. As an outside, she has good direction and control of the ball. As a setter, she is able to connect well with her hitters. If she remembers to maintain neutral she delivers a nice ball. I would like for Gabby to continue to work as a setter and get more reps. With her height and touch on the ball, she would be a great recruit at the position. Gabby is young so there is no real need to specialize just yet so training as an outside and a setter is recommended. Coaches will have the option to recruit her as either and possibly as both.
05/17/2014 - College PREP - Grand Prairie (DFW), TX - Gabby is a young player but shows good potential as a collegiate recruit. Going into her sophomore year will be an important year in terms of development. She has a great foundation of skill and this year will help her to improve and build on her already stable resume. I would like to see Gabby work to improve her attacking as well as serve receive ability. As a blocker she is above average and I think she will continue to grow in this area. I would also like to see her serve improve in difficulty and control. Overall, Gabby is developing into a solid player and in time, training will only make her better as she continues to grow.
