- Haley has was consistent in her physical testing and has already improved on her on court skills. She is a leader on the court and is capable of taking charge in order to get her teammates on the same page. She is very vocal, which not only helps her as an individual, but it helps those around her learn the game quicker. Her serving improved over the last few months as she was able to serve a lower, more consistent ball to the correct sport. Whether she is spot serving or not, her serve is effective. Hayley is capable of making defensive plays because of her quick reaction time. She is also able to set the second ball when the setter takes the first touch. I would like to see her have a more consistent release and court sense when setting her hitters. It is important that she knows where to set the ball for her hitters to have the best chance of hitting a decent ball. If she can continue to improve and grow through high level competition and training, she will definitely be looked at by college coaches.

- Haley is a young player but already has a good grasp on her position. She is very vocal and able to take charge of the court defensively. I would like to see more consistency in her ability to spot serve but has an effective serve that is capable of scoring. Defensively Haley has good range and quickness which allow her to get to difficult balls. When called to set she has a smooth release and consistent placement but I would like her to work on varying the direction of her sets. Her passes yield a quality result and allow for in system offense. Haley is young but she is already well on her way to becoming a standout player. If she can continue to improve and grow through high level competition and training, she will be a highly sought after player when her senior year rolls around.
