09/24/2017 - College PREP - Nashville, TN - Kady O'Neal is a 2020 setter. As a setter she is able dish balls pin to pin and gets middle involved. As a sophomore she is still developing her setting game. She is continuing to focus on hands up early, holding her finish and being square to target. With continued reps and staying disciplined she will see a more consistent release and location in her setting and then can start to work on developing a faster tempo. Defensively she has good court awareness and makes plays. She is focused on staying low and not popping up early and keeping balls in front of her body. From he end line she has both a standing float and jump float serves. Both have a good speed and she is able to hit different locations with it. With continued reps she is focusing on keeping ball in front of her and serving low to the net. Over all Kady is a sophomore setter who with continued reps, coaching and time in the gym has room to grow. We are excited to see how she continues to progress over the next few years.
