12/27/2014 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Winter Competition at Lake Placid
- Lauren is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate her skill. I would like to see Lauren continue to work to improve her defensive range and finding the correct passing angles quicker. I would like to see her numbers continue to improve as she trains especially in serve and serve receive so she is a bigger threat to other teams. She is still working on technical details on her pass but gives a quality result. If Lauren can continue to work on the small technical details of each skill, she will be a nice contributor to the right team.
12/27/2013 - Under Armour Volleyball Factory Select Training & Competition
- A young player, Lauren showed a great attitude and willingness to work. She is a very coachable athlete. Would like to see her work on speed and quickness as a libero. Development of a strong serve will be a focus for her. Using a float serve technique to get the ball to have a heavy float eliminating spin will allow her to have a more effective serve. She displays solid fundamental skill and would like her to work on elevating her game by perfecting technique and getting more quality reps.
10/27/2013 - College PREP - Milton (Boston), MA
- Lauren is a solid athlete with a good skills foundation on the court. Her defensive skills are strong and would like her to work on proactive feet before defensive contact. She should work on court movement and consistency of technique with her attack approach and serve toss and contact. As a young player, Lauren has the time a foundation to continue her development.
