07/10/2014 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Summer Competition at Lake Placid
- Megan is a versatile player with athleticism that allows her to be a good outside hitter or middle blocker. She moves through the two positions seamlessly with the explosiveness and ability to score easily. She works hard in the middle and never takes breaks. She is focused in the entire time and works hard to contribute. Megan has good power on her attack and if used properly can supply a lot of points to her team. Her countenance on the court is competitive and you can tell she wants to win. Megan has a fast arm/wrist and is able to generate good speed on the ball. With her jumping ability I would lim ego see her work on getting all the way vertical on attack and contacting at her highest point no matter if in the middle or the outside. Technically she is still developing consistency in her passing but with more reps and positioned as an outside I believe she will make the necessary adjustments rather quickly. Megan is going to be a fun player to watch collegiately.
05/17/2014 - College PREP - Grand Prairie (DFW), TX
- Megan is a player that demonstrates great athleticism and ease of movement on the court. She is responsive and active on defense. I would like to see her get more reps defensively and look at the outside hitter position as an option. She seems well suited to play as an outside. She offers stability in each position on the court and has the ability to attack from back row. Her demeanor is always perceived as control and confidence. She has the ability to play in the middle but her overall grouping of talent has her involved in more of the action. I would lim ego see Megan become more of a vocal leader on the court. I think she has good information to share and would help lead her team. Megan is going to be a competitor and huge attribute to the program that is able to sign her. She works hard and wants to compete. I look forward to watching her develop and seeing her progress as she plays collegiate volleyball.
