07/10/2014 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Summer Competition at Lake Placid
- Natalie is an impressive player that hasn't even scratched the surface of her ability on the court. She has great physical tools and has the foundation of knowledge needed to be a major contributor to the right program. As a blocker she penetrates well and has good speed to the ball. I would like to see her work on lining up in front of the hitters shoulder better on the block. As an attacker she scores well and is smart. Even if the ball is not perfectly set she finds a way to score. She adds a tremendous amount of energy to her team and offers support and genuine excitement for their success. She is a selfless player that seems to care about the teams success over her own. This isn't to say she is not a major contributor. She quickly became one of the favorite targets of her setters on each court she was on. She made herself available and stayed active throughout the entirety of the play. She never took breaks or plays off and worked hard to guarantee the success of her team. Natalie will be a great addition to the right program.

- Natalie is a superior athlete that possesses good athletic and technical skill. She has a good jumping ability and high marks as an attacker. She can control the middle as a blocker with good lateral speed and close. She penetrates well above the net and has a presence in the position. I would like to see her compete against higher level competition. I believe she will rise to the challenge and standout against her peers. I would like to see more technical training overall but Natalie is going to be a very healthy contributor to a good team.
