12/27/2016 - Volleyball Factory Winter Training in Colorado Springs
- Sam is a 2019 Libero with an aggressive jump float serve that stays low and over the net making it tough for passers to get a quality pass. She does a great job of getting her platform out quickly, angling her arms which results in good location to target. Her eagerness to improve makes the results of her training come faster. We talked a lot about playing around the block and seeing the hitter and we saw instant results as Sam continued to work each day during the camp. When taking the second ball, she did a great job of putting up a high set for both the rightside and outside to get a solid aggressive approach and swing. We are excited to see what school Sam picks in the next couple years!
08/07/2016 - College PREP - Wixom, MI
- Samantha is a 2019 Libero. Samantha does a good job getting her platform out early and beating the ball to the location creating a multiple option pass. She displays good hustle and eagerness to learn making her a very coachable player. When taking the second ball, she does a great job of keeping her set off the net and inside the court so both an outside and right side hitter has multiple shot angles. We are exited to see where Samantha chooses to attend college in the next couple years!
