04/10/2015 - College PREP - Grand Rapids, MI - Ayah is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. Ayah has a solid jump serve with good power, speed, and control. If anything, I'd like to see Ayah have a more consistent higher toss so that she has a consistent result. She is capable of serving to any location on the court without changing the speed or intensity of the serve. In serve receive, Ayah does a great job of keeping her shoulders forward, being vocal, and reading where the serve is going to go. Defensively, she has a great platform with her shoulders forward. Ayah moves well on the court and is vocal. I would like to see her improve on moving to balls with her platform apart and knowing where she is on the court during play. Offensively, she has a heavy arm, jumps very well, and is extremely aggressive. I would like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position.
