07/17/2014 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training
- Bayleigh is a player that fills a role that every team needs. She is steady and consistent in play. Her confidence never seems to waver and she is always trying to figure out what strategy works best for the win. Bayleigh shows excellent leadership qualities on the court and her team mates quickly began to look to her for all of the answers. She is vocal and works hard on the court. She does not make a lot of errors and keeps balls in play. I would like to see her add more power to her attack. She has the ability but often channels it inefficiently. She is still able to score but her kill percentage will increase when she is able to make a few minor corrections. Overall Bayleigh would be a great addition to any roster. She will be a good court leader and the person to look to in times of trouble.

- Bayleigh is a smooth and consistent player. She does everything consistently well and does not make a lot of errors. She would add stability on the court for the right team. I would like to see her work on the technical aspects of her arm swing. She is listed as an outside but could also fill the position of libero. She would add flexibility to a team with the ability to play multiple positions.
