07/16/2015 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Summer Training at Lake Placid - Frances is still learning her position, but is actively engaged throughout the learning process. She is willing to know more and once information is provided has the ability to make changes. She ranks above average at her position, but there are still signs of youth in regards to footwork. I would like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position. I would like for her to be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence. Frances brings a calmness on the court and enough energy to bring her team out of a rut.
04/17/2015 - College PREP - Minneapolis, MN - Frances is a very talented player that has athleticism and the ability to play all six rotations as well as any position in the front row. In passing and defense, she is very quick so she is able to pick up many balls that most players struggle to get. Offensively, Frances is a good jumper, makes good contact, and can put the ball away. I would like to see her focus on jumping straight up and down verses broad jumping so that way she utilizes her ability to jump. While blocking, Frances was able to get many touches, but can work on her footwork and knowing when to jump verses not. As she continues to grow she will smooth out some of the rough spots and be a great addition to the right collegiate program. Frances still learning her position but is actively engaged throughout the learning process.
