12/27/2015 - Volleyball Factory Winter Training in Colorado Springs - Hailey is a 2017 Middle/Outside. While Hailey does a good job playing both middle and outside, she is a true outside hitter, who is a definite threat on the court. She competes at a high level and has great volleyball knowledge. She is capable of beating out a lot of hitters, even while playing middle. She did a great job in her shot selection being able to hit the corners and better the ball on an off set. Currently, she is working on getting outside the court when taking an approach. Overall, she is an offensive threat and will be a great asset to a collegiate program.
05/29/2015 - College PREP - Las Vegas, NV - Hailey is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. She has a good float serve that is capable of being a game changer. Offensively, she jumps well and hits the ball at its highest point. She uses her ability to jump well to her advantage on the rare occasion that her timing of approach is off. Defensively, Hailey is low and ready and passes a nice high ball to target, which allows the setter to run the offense. She is not afraid to go for every ball. I would like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position.
