01/25/2015 - College PREP - Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Isabella brings good height and a willing attitude to her position as a middle. Her scores show slight inexperience, but she has great physical tools to really elevate her game at the next level. I would like to see her work on some technical details with her arm swing and speed to balls. She is still learning her position but is highly capable of incorporating fast offense and being a solid contributor to the team. I would like to see her serve improve by increasing the power and consistency. Defensively, Isabella has potential to be a six rotation player as long as she focuses on improving her defensive range and reaction time. She can do this by moving her feet instead of lunging to every ball that is not hit directly at her. Isabella's hitting scores will improve with more experience and coaching. She jumps very well, but her timing is off so the result of the hit is not always ideal. Overall Isabella is still improving as a player but is on the right track as she works to smooth out her play. I would like to see her train on the right side in addition to outside.
