- Jade is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate her skill. She seems willing to know more and once information is provided has the ability to make changes. I would like to see her compete and train at a high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position. Jade has great body formation while passing, but she can work on her passing platform. She has a tendency to face her platform to the hitter instead of facing her platform to the target. She can improve on being more vocal in the back row, which will not only help herself, but help her teammates know who controls the back court. Overall, Jade is still improving as a player but is on the right track as she works to smooth out her play.

- Jade is a solid player that is in complete control defensively. She makes players around her better and displays good leadership qualities. As a skilled player, Jade possesses good control of the ball in pass, serve, and defense. She shows willingness to continue to grow and improve. Jade will be a reliable addition to any team looking to compete. In her off-season training these numbers will increase and will be a great add to any team.
