- Jamesha is a solid player that is in complete control defensively. She makes players around her better and displays good leadership qualities. As a skilled player, Jamesha possesses good control of the ball in pass, serve, and defense. She shows willingness to continue to grow and improve. Jamesha will be a reliable addition to any team looking to compete. I would like to see her be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence through playing experience.

- Jameshia is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. I would like to see Jameshia focus on keeping her elbow high when she is serving so that she is able to get more float on the ball as well as more power. Defensively, she covers a good portion of the court and is a hard worker. I would like to see her work on pushing forward to get the balls that drop in front of her as well as bending at the knees more (verses her hips). As a libero, she can work on bump setting a higher ball to her hitters when she has to take the second ball as well as working on the location of the bump set so that the hitters have a ball they can aggressively hit over the net. Offensively, she has solid technique, but can work on contacting the ball at its highest point and hitting different shots.
