        02/04/2015 - College PREP - Baltimore, MD - Jena is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. I would like to see Jena continue to work on her defensive movement and range. She can improve by being lower in her ready position and getting a quicker first step which will help her get to balls quicker. Offensively, Jena can focus on having better timing of her approach so that she is able to get an aggressive attack over the net. As a libero, she needs to feel comfortable setting the ball to the pins when she is behind the ten foot line. Overall, Jena is still improving as a player but is on the right track as she works to smooth out her play.
