- Jenny is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. In regards to serving, Jenny has a good consistent float serve, but can work on being more accurate with where she serves it on the other side of the net. Defensively, she can work on having a quicker first step to the ball, better footwork so that she is able to pass a good ball to target consistently, and can improve being more vocal and aggressive, which will happen as she gains more confidence through playing experience. Jenny can focus on moving around the court during defense with her hands apart because when she plays with her passing platform already together it makes her much slower. She also has the tendency to play left back defense behind the block; she needs to stay on left side shoulder of middle blocker. In the situation where Jenny is needed to set, she is comfortable using her hands when needed, but she can improve on bettering the ball to the hitters so that they are able to get an aggressive attack over the net. Overall, Jenny is still improving as a player but is on the right track as she works to smooth out her play.
