07/09/2015 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training - Jessica is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. She is still working on technical details on her pass, but her efforts give a quality result majority of the time. She can work on passing a consistent ball to target for the setter to set an in system ball. She possesses good control of the ball in pass, serve, and defense. Jessica can work on her range as it will be important for her to be able to play many difficult defensive balls throughout her career. Jessica is developing her position and is actively engaged throughout the learning process as she shows willingness to continue to grow and improve once information is provided has the ability to make changes. I would like to see her serve improve so she will be considered a threat not only in defense but serving. I would also like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position. Lastly, I would like for her to be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence.
