- Katie is a 2018 Libero. Katie does a great job of getting her feet to the ball and creating an angle to the ball which results in good location to target. Her eagerness to improve makes the results of her training come faster Currently Katie is working on beating the ball to the location and staying towards the sideline on defense. She does a great job of squaring up to the net when setting which makes for hittable balls to her hitters. We are excited to see what collegiate program Katie chooses!
09/13/2015 - College PREP - Phoenix, AZ
- Katie is a 2018 Libero. She had good speed and solid contact with the ball on her serve, creating a tough float crossing low at the net. Katie had great lateral movements while in defense and serve receive which led to accurate passes to the setter, continuing to work on taking up more space in the back court will allow her to become a bigger threat. Overall she is a hard working player and with continued coaching, reps and exposure she will have the opportunity to play at the next level.
