04/22/2015 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Competition in Puerto Rico - Brannon is one of our favorite players at Volleyball Factory, she understands the game and works to get better everyday. During game play she remains relaxed and ready to execute the next play as she gets older and the game speeds up, she will be ready. Brannon serves a difficult ball, although she is still working on being able to spot serve and control the direction. Her athleticism makes her movements smooth and effortless on the court. Brannon is well balanced and poised to be a collegiate team's standout player. She can score at a high rate and be a six rotation player. Her potential is still unknown and has a huge upside for the right program.
12/27/2014 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Winter Competition in Colorado Springs - Kayla has the potential to be a great setter or libero. Her natural abilities are already at a level much higher than her age group, but there are still signs of youth. She is a solid player that is in complete control when setting and playing defense. Kayla is still learning her positions, but is actively engaged throughout the learning process. She is capable of making changes immediately, which advances her level of play instantly. I would like to see Kayla focus on her setting footwork as it will help her push the ball all the way out to the pins for her hitters. I would like to see her train and compete at a higher level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for both positions. I would like for her to be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence through more playing experience.
