12/17/2015 - Volleyball Factory Select Training at the NCAA Championship - Kianna is a very talented and hardworking player. She has shown a substantial amount of growth since the Texas event being more vocal and less shy on the court. Her backswing in her attack has developed into a great approach being able to see the court and hit around the block. Defensively she did a good job playing off the middle blocker creating a platform early creating a settable pass. The Factory is excited to see what program Kianna chooses.
07/09/2015 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training - Kianna is a very talented player that has athleticism and the ability to be a successful collegiate player. She can improve on her timing and making sure that the ball is in front of her so that she is able to contact the ball better for a more powerful attack. As a passer she is able to consistently pass to the target at a good height. She can improve on being lower in her ready position so she can move quicker in all directions. Kianna has potential to be a six rotation player. Her potential is unknown, but with the proper training she has the ability to play at the next level.
12/18/2014 - Volleyball Factory Select Training at the NCAA Championship - Kianna is continuing to work on building the foundation that already has as an all around player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate her skill. She doesn't have a lot of size but she makes up for it in her athleticism and ability to jump very well. I would like to see her continue working on increasing the power on attack and seeing the block to be able to hit around. Kianna showed the ability to make adjustments quickly and take instruction well. At the next level, Kianna will be a great canvas for her coaching staff because she is very athletic and a quick learner. She is still working on technical details on her defense/serve receive, but her efforts give a quality result and she finds the target. She is still learning to play front and back row efficiently, but is highly capable of improving the details of her skills as she trains. If she can continue to work on the small technical details of each skill, she will be a nice contributor to the right team. She has a huge amount of potential and is willing to learn. I would like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position.
05/31/2014 - College PREP - Houston, TX - Kianna adds a quiet control to the court as an outside hitter. She rates above average in every skill at her position. She is an athlete that possesses a nice vertical and physical tools able to be molded into a good volleyball player. She has a solid foundation and is only missing more information and quality reps. She has time to make a big jump in play as she continues to grow. Her consistency should improve once her technical training catches up with her physical talent.
