05/21/2017 - College PREP - San Antonio, TX - Kylie is a talented outside hitter that is a good 6 rotation player. She does all skills well on the court. She scored highest as an attacker. She hits a heavy ball that has the ability to score well. She contacts the ball high and has great control of where she places the ball. She jumps well and often is able to hit over the blockers. Her consistency make her a valuable to to the offense for her team. Kylie also has a nice jump float serve. She contacts high which lets it pass across the net at difficult angles for the passer. As a passer she is low and glanced with quality results and consistent location to the target. The same is true for her defensively. She does a good job of finding target but we would like to see her work to beat the ball to the spot. Once she learns to read the hitter she will be able to release faster to the ball. As a blocker, she is able to penetrate over the net well limiting the hitters access to the court and creating lots of touches on the block. Kylie is a balanced player that offers valuable skill on the court. As she continues to play high level competition and continued training she will be a player to watch as she competes at the next level.
