07/16/2015 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Summer Training at Lake Placid
- Lettie is a hard working girl as she stepped out of her typical position as a defensive player and set most of the event. She showed that she could compete with other setters and has the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. I would like to see Lettie continue to work to increase her defensive range as well as her footwork to set the ball to different locations on the court. Overall Lettie is still improving as a player, but is on the right track as she works to smooth out her play.

- As a passer, Lettie has exceptional skill moving to the ball and finding target. She serves a difficult ball although she is still working on being able to spot serve and control the direction. Her athleticism makes her movements smooth and effortless on the court. Lettie, is well balanced and is poised to be a collegiate teams standout player. I would like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position. I would like for her to be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence.
