12/18/2014 - Volleyball Factory Select Training at the NCAA Championship
- Molly is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. At the next level Molly will be a great canvas for her coaching staff as she already brings all the tools her position requires and athleticism to the court. Molly serves a difficult ball although she is still working on being able to lower the height of the serve to the correct location. I would like to see her challenged a bit more by running a faster offense and working on some technical details with her arm swing and speed to balls. She showed she is capable of taking instruction well and making adjustments quickly. If Molly continues to practice and work on the small technical details of each skill, her scores will improve, and she will be a nice contributor to the right team because she has a huge amount of potential and is willing to learn.
10/19/2014 - College PREP - Milton (Boston), MA
- Molly is a young player that has good potential and a good grasp on the foundational skills required for her position. She scored well in her physical testing. She has good control of her serve and good speed on the ball. I would like for her to elevate the difficulty by lowering the height. As a passer Molly possesses technically sound footwork and a solid platform. The height of her pass needs to be lowered and a higher percentage of accuracy to target will increase her scores quickly in this area. As an attacker she shows clean technical skill and by activating her core she will be able to produce more power. I would like to see her work on her defensive skill but overall Molly presents a solid package for her age and position. Continued training will move her to that next level.
