07/09/2015 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training
- Runeshia is working to build on the solid foundation she already has as a player. We would like to see her continue to work on her timing of her approach and increase in the power when attacking. She brings great height to the court and has a natural feel for the position. She is able to make adjustments quickly once information is provided, and proves to be above average for her age level. When blocking, she shows better timing and closes the majority of the time. She also shows a solid serve that is projectable for next level play. Improving footwork when attacking will be another key to her development.

- Runeshia is a young athlete and shows willingness to improve. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. I would like to see Runeshia continue to work on all skills as she has great potential. She is still learning her position, but is actively engaged throughout the learning process. She seems open to learn more and once information is provided she has the ability to make changes. As she continues to work on improving technical details on all aspects of the game, it will be important for her to become comfortable with being vocal on the court; that will come with more playing experience and confidence as she develops.
