12/27/2014 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Winter Competition at Lake Placid
- Sam is working to build on the foundation she already has as a player. She showed balance in all skills with the ability to continue to grow and work to elevate skill. She is still learning and developing so it is important for her to continue to improve in all aspects of the game. I would like to see her numbers continue to improve as she trains. I would like to see her compete and train at high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position. Lastly, it is important for her to be more vocal on the court and I am sure that will happen as she gains more confidence and experience.
07/17/2014 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training
- Sam is going to be a setter to watch as she continues to develop. She is already able to absorb advanced techniques and her volleyball IQ is growing. As a setter she has great accuracy and the ability to incorporate new offense quickly. Her speed and location of set are consistently accurate. She connects well with her middles and pushes a nice ball to the outside. What Sam lacks in size she makes up for everywhere else. As her volleyball IQ continues to grow and her court management continues to develop she will be a highly sought after recruit to some top programs.
05/17/2014 - College PREP - Grand Prairie (DFW), TX
- Sam's evaluation was unable to be completed due to injury but from the time we were able to watch her compete she showed good movement and skill. We will continue to watch and update her notes as the information becomes available.
