12/27/2015 - Volleyball Factory Advanced Winter Training at Lake Placid
- Sydney is a 2018 Setter/OPP. She has a good reaction time and gets feet to the ball. She has smooth hands and connects well with her hitters. Sydney is a very aggressive player and can't take the ball over on second contact and place it in a great location. She has good tempo to the pins and currently working to jump set even more to help her hitters pull blockers. Her hard work and dedication will be a great addition to a collegiate program.

- Sydney is a 2018 Setter/OPP. Her passing and defense showed consistency and good hustle towards every ball, she got her platform out early and produced a good location. Sydney did a great job getting her feet to the ball and squaring up to the pins before making her set to the hitters, she is working on using her wrist action and less of her arms which has really been a benefit for her on setting the ball all the way to the pins. Sydney also did a good job attacking and getting a big backswing in her approach while consistently making quality shot selection. Overall, Sydney is a hard working player and with continued coaching, reps and exposure she will have the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
