12/17/2015 - Volleyball Factory Select Training at the NCAA Championship - Tiffany is a 2016 Opposite/Outside hitter. She is a player who can help to contribute a lot to a program because of her willingness to adapt to the team and being a vocal player. She a powerful attack, and can hit different shots on the court. Defensively, Tiffany is working on reading the ball better and passing with two hands when the ball is outside her body. Overall, Tiffany is growing everyday as a player, and will be a great asset to a program next year.
07/09/2015 - Volleyball Factory Lone Star Select Training - Tiffany is a very talented player that has athleticism and the ability to score at a high rate. She jumps well and can access parts of the court that most other hitters cannot. She can improve on her timing and making sure that the ball is in front of her so that she is able to contact the ball better for a more powerful attack. As a passer she is able to consistently pass to target at a good height. She can improve on being lower in her ready position so she can move quicker in all directions. Tiffany is well balanced and is poised to be a collegiate team's standout player. She is a six rotation player. Her potential is unknown, but with the proper training she has the ability to be very successful.
05/29/2015 - College PREP - Las Vegas, NV - Tiffany is still learning her position but is actively engaged throughout the learning process. She is a coachable player and is willing to learn once information is provided. And although young, she has the athletic ability to make changes. I would like to see her compete and train at a high level in order to see how fast she can make corrections and how easily she could get to the next level of play for her position. From a technical standpoint, I would like for her to develop a backswing in her approach and to develop more power on her attack. She does show consistency in her attack and shows a fast arm/wrist which is important when playing on the outside. Speeding up her footwork in the backcourt will also help her become a six rotation player. She has time on her side to make these improvements, and we trust she will with hard work.
